  • I work in the service industry and I'm hard to impress, but the amazing experience I had at Chapman Hyundai in Scottsdale really impressed me and since I depend on reviews to make a buying decision, I felt like this one needed to be shared. This was my best experience purchasing a vehicle, hands down, and I have bought quite a few. I started my experience online with John Leidigh and from the beginning he offered me a very fair quote on the Sonata Sport that I was looking for, and was very upfront letting me know he wasn't going to pad the quote with rebates I didn't qualify for like all of the other dealers I communicated with definitely were. John, and his General Manager worked with me to get the car I wanted with the features I wanted at a very fair price. Then I have to admit I was intimidated to sit down with the finance manager because this is always the part of the car buying experience that frustrates me but from the minute Mark Zemeckis introduced himself to me, he made me feel very comfortable and made the financing a breeze. He let me know my options, made sure I was informed and made it a very simple process. I can't not mention Lisa Baca who walked me through all of my car's options made me comfortable with all of the tech options that were new to me and was very nice! I would definitely recommend that you check with Chapman Scottsdale before you buy, I'm very glad that I did!
