  • I would love to leave a review on detail services but I was not able to receive them. After working my butt off to quit smoking my husband surprised me and told me to call someone to detail my car. After four years of smoking in it, it looked pretty gross. I was very excited and after two days of online research called Pro Detail to get the job done. I made the appointment for 10am and was up and ready at 9. It was my day off so that's pretty early for me, but I was excited to hand over my keys and let them do their job. However, by 10 they still were not at my home. At 10:21 I got a phone call from a representative of the company saying he was running a little late. Well, he must still be at home because there were kids screaming in the background and people that he had to tell to shut up. I told him I still wanted him to come out and clean my car. After discussing with my husband what was going on, our disappointment over the lack of professionalism and respect for an appointment made us call back and tell him not to bother. My husband called him back about ten minutes later and asked him to come over anyway and he said he would at our home in just a few minutes. An hour and a half later we received a call from his "boss" asking what had happened. My husband told him that the representative had been running late and his boss told my husband that he went to another job. As I said, I would love to say that they are a great company and my car looks great, which it does, but not because of this company. We had to drive my car into Chandler and use another company to detail my car. And they did a phenomenal job. I am embarrassed for Pro Detail. This guy that was "on his way" to my house is a shame to the company. The complete lack of respect and disregard for an appointment just means that he, and the company, do not need my $150. That's a heavy statement in this economy. If I acted this way at my job I would not have one. I wasted half of my morning waiting for someone that was not coming to my house, and I have other things to do. Apparently this company thinks it is able to do whatever because it is prospering in this economy. That's great, but I will give my business to professionals that have respect for their customers.
