  • I am active duty military(currently deployed) I lived in these apartments from May 2014-July 2015. The only reason I moved out of the apartments is because I got orders to deploy, which they do allow you to break your lease over. When I turned my key in, in middle of July they couldn't even wait 2 whole weeks before they sent something to a collection agency over $250, which I was never notified that I owed. I had to find this out through my bank. And now I am in the process of disputing this bogus claim on my credit report, before I am even eligible to apply for another place. I get back from my deployment within the next 30 days. Please don't rent here. I sent them an email asking what this situation was about and why they didn't contact me. It's been over a week and I've sent two follow up emails with no response.
