  • I lived in one of their homes for a year. Throughout the year they were a very good property manager, any issues they would take care of. Maybe not the quickest, but still in a manageable time frame. Then came the bad news that the owner of the home was selling it. I was first given 30 days to move but was able to negotiate another 15 days. They did their best to try and place me in another one of their properties, but with no success. This company is focused on the tenants. I had an issue on my move out, but they spent the effort to make it right for both parties. I would rent from them again.
