  • I just went to Urbana from a gift card my husband got for me. The spa luxe package= 1hr massage and 1hr facial. Kirstin (not sure on spelling) was my massage therapist. Very nice, good about checking in with me during the massage. It was my first "real" massage and it was really nice and relaxing. Then I had Tammy for the facial and it was awesome! She has a light touch and it felt great. (Almost dozed off I was so relaxed). Neither therapist forced conversation and I like to just chill so that was good too. I would definitely go back. I am not a tea drinker but their complimentary tea was yummy. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. I have a feeling other users giving this place a 1 star are too picky to just enjoy themselves. 2 tips for Urbana: I am new to the whole spa experience, it would be good to tell newbies how a massage/facial will go, what to expect routine wise before you start (like I didn't realize I would get lip gloss put on at the end of my facial, which was nice!). The waiting area between services is kinda strange as it's pretty dark with nothing to look @ behind the screen area (but you obviously only have so much room in that suite).
