I've had the pleasure to begin training with Adam at Flex Fitness. Adam has provided a good mix of education and encouragement. He is certified on many different exercises to reduce the chance of injury during a workout. I have sciatica and my back issues haven't prevented me from participating in the group training. I strongly recommend one-on-one time if you do need some extra help. The target specific stretches and lifts have dramatically increased my range of motion in only 4 weeks. Great place with individualized treatment!
