  • I saw Priti today and she was nice, and performed the Bikini wax quickly. It had been a while since I've had a wax and it just felt rushed and I'm use to getting it done and having the person take their time, to ensure there's no hairs missed. There was pain with the wax, not sure of others saying it was painless, but that's expected. I will not be returning. I'm sure they're busy but it didn't have that personable feel like when you go into a Spa and I'm a spa junkie I get massages, facials, it just didn't feel like the service goal was for me to return to be a client..it was more thanks and goodbye. They didn't even ask me if I wanted to schedule another appointment..maybe they have enough clients. I also felt some of the sticky wax residue on my skin, I had to wash it off when I got home.
