  • The manager Wade was probably the most customer service oriented person that I have had the pleasure of meeting, in my whole 14 years living in Las Vegas! Seriously, this man knew more about tires, alignments, and cars in general, than anyone else that I have met in the automotive industry. We went in for a tire repair, possible replacement, and instead of trying to talk us into any unnecessary purchases, he repaired the tire, Absolutely Free of Chsrge. I had no idea that that was their policy: Free tire repairs. He explained all about tire rot and what we could expect out of our tires in the future. I have definitely found my future place for automotive needs. Thank you Wade for showing us that customer service is not a lost act.
