After my subpar experience, I received a follow up call from Garrett the next business day explaining that based on what had happened he was going to refund me for the entire visit. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and was really open to the feedback that I provided. I'm confident that he will use my feedback to improve customer experiences moving forward and am hopeful that my next appointment will go much more smoothly.
