| - If I could no stars I would. This business had my highest rating. You have to screw up really badly to have that happen and they did. They made a mistake and lost an order including a coat. Every business can make a mistake but it's how you recover that makes a business strong. They handled it very poorly. They were defensive and outrageously rude. I'm extremely upset not only did they lose an expensive treasured item with my whole order but when I asked them to look into it they weren't helpful. The clerk wasn't reassuring that they would help me in fact she was nonchalant, dismissive and claimed they had to check tapes to verify I had even dropped it off instead of reassuring me or letting me know she would be looking for the items. She became so upset and frustrated that she just turned her back and walked away. That's not the worst of it. Instead of helping me and looking for the coat and assisting me, the clerk was defensive and walked away from me and management ( both the manager and district manager where in the store ) they didn't help infact the dm became enraged that his very sweet and sensitive employee was upset. I left and called the store and asked to speak to the manager and the district manager took the phone and started shouted at me that the clerk was in tears and he didn't want to hear from me, it didn't matter what I had to say that he would believe her over me, that she is one of the nicest sweetest people and anything she says goes and "just shut up and listen"! Yes - instead of helping me find my items, I was told by upper management to shut up. They are not only unprofessional when it comes to problem resolution, his behavior was threatening and aggressive. Now I have no clothing and am afraid to go back. That is their idea of helping solve a customer problem. Terrible terrible behavior and terrible terrible customer service and terrible terrible for losing my dry cleaning. Why didn't one of the managers step in to help the clerk and to help me? I'm speechless and all I can say is don't give them anything to clean that you care about. If you don't get it back they won't help you in-fact this is what you get, aggressive, abusive, unprofessional treatment instead of assistance or your dry cleaning back.
Yes - someone in management talked to a loyal customer with a problem like this. I had been a customer since they day they opened. I had given them 5 stars. I had dropped cookies at the holidays in years past. I had a problem and needed help. That's how they solve customer concerns? SHAME ON YOU TIDE DRY CLEANERS - Las Vegas - Sahara. YOU ARE THE WORST IN TOWN.
Do yourself a favor - DON'T DO BUSINESS with people who treat customers so poorly. The upper management clearly isn't trained in customer service. They didn't help the clerk who was clearly flustered and having trouble resolving the problem of a missing order and a very concerned customer. I reported them to BBB and THEY LIED and BLAMED ME. Not only did they lose my order, they were the opposite of helpful and actually aggressive towards me, I was told to shut up when I needed their help and than they lied and blamed me. They ruined my day on top of losing my dry cleaning and lost my business. I had been going there since the day they opened. I will never give them my business!
Way to go from 5 stars to no stars!
