  • IF I could give negative rating I would do so. It is truly sad because I used them a few years prior to this job and loved them but something has changed and I would run not walk from this company. They began working in my home in December of 2015. They have left it unfinished, untouched and unlivable since March 2016. They make promises that they don't keep..sign scope and timeline they don't keep and won't turn emails, texts or calls. When you turn them into BBB and Attorney General's office they try to flip it strong and accuse you of being a liar...But to their surprise I had all the paperwork, texts, phone calls to back up everything. Now they really won't return called or complete my job, which really should only take a few weeks if they put their crew to work. They did damages to personal property and the home and we've paid them for a large portion of the work, so we are kinda stuck..only two-year may be legal and the media along with whatever Attorney General decides to do with the BBB.
