Tim is parts department has the worst customer service ever. Waited 2 hours for a call back. Never received a call back. When I call back he acts like its my fault and rudely tells me there busy and just come on down and "maybe " we can help you. Why didn't he tell me that two hours ago???
I tell him I'm sorry I sound frustrated but this is frustrating. He tells me I have no idea and that he has never seen a place run like this and he wishes he would have never left his last job.
