  • This review is about the entire company, not specifically this one store. The network is terrible, I constantly had voicemails from missed calls where my phone never even rang. There are spots all over the city where there is no service, including downtown at the Eaton centre. I got split up from my group and had to find a pay phone to call someone!! I've been told that freedoms signal is weak and can not penetrate buildings. I found that was completely true. Service actually got worse when they switched from wind to freedom. I called them and they tried to get me to buy a new phone so I could try their lte network, but I left and won't be coming back.
