  • The hotel was very clean and well staffed, but the bed was horrible. Very uncomfortable. After three nights there, my back was very stiff. Also the two air conditioning vents were right above the bed and made the bed cold while the rest of the room was just comfortable. Lastly, when I called and booked, I asked if the price included all fees, when I arrived they told me they charged $10 a day for parking. I do not like hidden fees, especially when I asked before booking. Not a lot of great places to stay in Tempe, so not a bad choice, but not a 5 star by any stretch.
