Active Forever finally resolved my problem and returned my money. They took a long time to do it and I had to phone repeatedly. They told me they would let me know if they wanted me to return the product, or how to handle the defective product, and I have never heard from them. Not sure if I should give these to the Goodwill, put them in the trash, or keep them to see if Active Forever contacts me. At any rate, I would raise their rating based on their making good on this transaction.
