I ordered dinner Sunday evening for delivery and was very upset with the service. They said the food could take an hour (which sounded like a lot, because I live on the North Shore and they're downtown). I called after an hour when the food still hadn't arrived and I was hung up on. I called 20 minutes after, to see if I needed to cancel my order and the server guessed the food went out. About 2 minutes later I got a text that read only "Food". I thought maybe there was a language barrier, but when I met the delivery service, the man was clearly a native speaker. I'm shocked at how bad the service was, and that no apology was offered for my wasted evening. The food ended up being good, so dining in may be an option, but I would never order delivery.
