I arrived with a friend at 7pm to a 45 minute wait list so we walked over to saltys and came back & we're seated promptly. The place was packed for a Monday night and buzzing with loud noise. It was a bit hard to even have a dinner conversation but we got through it. I loved the atmosphere for the most part and the lighting.
We ordered the famous and well deserved reason to be famous artichokes- yum! Got a beer and a vodka ginger ale promptly and then ordered: I had the kale salad with peanut dressing and chicken and he had the enchilada plate - I loved my salad and he very much liked his no-meat enchilada that seemed to have sweet potato in it I believe? It was an interesting plate with a side salad he enjoyed and slices of pork. I didn't give it 5 stars because the pork was dry but I will say the side of horseradish we asked for to help pair with the dryness did help.
I would be back but not on a busy crazy night like this... would be much more enjoyable to be here on a slower night where you can visit and sip.
