Love the 2017 Ford Edge I bought, and my sales team was awesome. However, the service center here SUCKS!!! I am beyond disappointed with the quality/level of service I have received since purchasing my car 1.5 months ago. They left streaks and finger prints and some sort of smudge on my counsel in the car wash they did when I purchased my car. I asked if the car came with a free detailing like EVERY SINGLE OTHER BRAND NEW CAR I HAVE PURCHASED. They told me it was detailed. Either they don't know the difference between a car wash and a detail, or their detailing is done by invalids. AND they needed to replace a damaged part in my car, and told me they would call me in a week to get me scheduled for service when the part was in. I called two weeks later only to find out the part was back ordered and was delayed. You probably should call your customer to let them know this. They told me the part would be in Aug 1st and they would call once it got there. I never heard from them (surprise) and when I called on Aug 9th they had ZERO record of anything for me!!! I had to explain everything to a manager who got me in immediately for service. BUT, they were supposed to give me that full detail job which never happened. Just a car wash/vacuum , AND I just lifted my tailgate to see they didn't even vacuum my trunk. Seriously?! Ford has a long way to go if they want to keep up with companies like BMW, Acura and Lexus who absolutely pride themselves on service.
