Worst customer service ever. They had to come out 5 different times to fix the same problem, and waited 2 months repeatedly calling because they told me they were waiting on parts. Technician told me he would swap out my Thermostats because of all the hassles, then didn't. Then they had to come out an additional time, and the next technician told me the previous technician would swap the thermostats if I paid 150.00 to charge the system. Needless to say they didn't. Called the company and the technician and they don't want to help me at all. LUCKILY, my Home Warranty Company agrees with me and already refunded my deductible, and I will now be going on my Verified Twitter account so everyone knows NEVER to use this company even if their Home Warranty Company sends them. :)
It would have been cheaper to (as well as the right thing to do) to just swap the thermostats (that I bought already) than lose the business that this terrible customer service will cost them.
