  • Really, really wished I would have read these reviews before I made my appointment. Front office staff is great, office is very nice, the phlebotomist is fantastic (best I've encountered) but Margaret could you use bedside manner help. She's cordial but not a great listener, jumps to conclusions and does not put time into her answers. I came to the office based on a recommendation to see Dr. Crum after getting a positive pregnancy test and due to Dr. Crum's schedule - met with Margaret. I ended up miscarrying and after trying again for months with no luck, went to see Margaret again for advice, check up, etc. I felt as though during each appointment I was brushed off, my questions/feelings/concerns were handled in kind of a 'meh' attitude. My last appointment I was told to go get genetic testing done and 'good luck'. No exam, no point at which I was asked to explain really anything that was happening to me. I was being talked at. When I asked about other issues I was experiencing - I was told (word for word) 'yeah, that happens'. I am not sure if I will be back but if I do, it will definitely not be with Margaret.
