  • Poor customer service. This UPS store has not been the same since the original owner passed. She was friendly and kind and cared for all her customers. We had been going there for 8 years but after today will never return. The girl was rude, unfriendly and frankly didn't care. When I asked for the owners name she refused but told be to go online and comment. So, here I am!! I will be sure to spread my negative experience with all. There are more stores who would be glad to have my business. Good riddance!
