  • I guess it makes sense they would have negative reviews coming from those that can't read signs and park illegally. The people at Reynolds are very friendly and the tow truck drivers I've spoken too are nice and often funny. We have a problem with students parking in our office lot clearly marked "PRIVATE" and plastered in Reynolds signs. Somehow they're always surprised to find their car gone. Very happy with this company and they typically respond very quickly to calls. GOT EM!! Thanks Reynolds!
