  • I enjoy west elm. It's a good store. I'm not sure if it's good or bad that we are never approached whenever we enter the store, by employees (or that they even acknowledge us, or say hello).. I do wish they had more selection in store. The few times we ordered from them, they ended up coming back weeks later letting us know they were entirely out of stock (then just having to shop elsewhere).
