  • Dom & Paul (and Esteban) were incredible. These guys know customer service. I've taken my car to a different body shop when I first needed a body touch-up. After a round of terrible service (and over priced!), I decided to follow up on a referral to Prochilo Brothers. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! Put it this way. I had my bumper damaged in an accident two months ago. At the OLD place, it cost me $1600 for the fix (and after a lot of hassle and mis-starts). With Prochilo Brothers, I had to fix the same bumper again, plus the side panel of my car, my rim and a replacement tire. That cost only $2400. Not only did they come in under MY estimated cost for the repair, they fully explained the processes they would use and the timeline expected. They communicated with me throughout the process via email. Yes. That's right. A body shop communicating via email. An incredible SMOOTH experience as they completely liaised with my insurance company as well. This is one experience that I'll be sharing with everyone I know looking for body work in the city.
