  • My wife and I were working out at this location, when she had to take a phone call. She stepped into a isolated area of the gym and took the call. While she was on the phone one of the trainers (named Freddy) came into the same area with a client. He looked at my wife and told her to get off her phone. As if that was not unprofessional enough, he proceed to yell "maybe if you did not talk on the phone you would not be so heavy." First, my wife is not heavy. Second, regardless it was extremely unprofessional and publicly embarrassing. Frankly completely unacceptable. When we complained to the font desk, the attendant had a laissez faire attitude.
