  • I have been going to Tammie for a couple of years now after having endless bad experiences with other stylist. At first it was nothing but love for her style of Extentions they and she seemed to be top notch. I found her before a corporate event I needed to attend. She was very accommodating at that time. Of course after several bad experiences she won me over with her technique and and I voweled never to go anywhere else until my last visit on May 12, 2016. Not only have I used Tammie herself but I also attended the beauty schools where she has tought and had my hair done by an enrolled student in Jan of 2016 who quit honestly did an amazing job on my hair. My hair was not only full, long and on point it lasted until May!! Awesome right? Not really... Due to switching jobs, this past time I went to Tammie herself to have my hair redone at her salon location even though She stated she had a class coming up in June if I was interested she needed so called models for the students. She was unable to provide me with the day or date so I was unsure if I'd be able to attend since my work schedule isn't a set one and I couldn't risk not being able to attend due to the uncertainties involved. At that time she agreed to do my hair at her salon and charge me the price she would normally charge if I used the school since I was a loyal and respected client. I was more than grateful to her for making such accommodations for me and even questioned her if I'd receive the same service as far as length and amount of hair she would use since I want the fullness and length. She assured me NOTHING would be different from any other time. This couldn't have been any less accurate. When I got to the salon at 11 am Miss Bradford was already a couple of shots of fireball into her day... We kinda joked about it as she removed my old Extentions. After the removal she had one of the other stylist color my hair (basically a root touch up) which turned into full color at Tammies recommendation. While Camile her so called color professional colored my hair they both continue to do numerous amounts of shots. Once the color was done it was apparent Tammie was buzzing from the drinking. When I asked if she was good she insisted of course she was she's been doing Extentions for 28 years. Since I've grown to trust her I took her on her word and we began the insulation of my Extentions. She put the first row at the bottom exstreamly quick. I questioned her about how fast she installed the bottom row i asked if she was using the same amount of hair to obtain the fullness i am use to. because that was important to obtain the look I'm custom to. She became agitated and questioned my faith in her. I explained i just wanted to make sure that's all. She insisted my hair would be full a long like always. I took her at her word again. She and the color specialist continued to do shot after shot. A short time after she installed a couple more rows I AGAIN expressed my concern of the amount or lack of amount of hair she was putting in only to again be reassured it was being done as every other time. In my gut I knew this wasn't true yet after being scolded and told to just wait until she was done and I would see she wasn't being untruthful. Now my appointment became uncomfortable and awkward since she had a huge attuide due to my questions. As the customer I felt she was being far from professional in her demeanor yet we were already past the point of return and she obviously was going to do it to her liking not mine. Nine and a half hours and three quarters of a bottle of fireball l was absolutely correct. My hair was not as thick feeling not only in the back but on the sides as well. I again expressed my dissatisfaction only to be told I was unappeasable and after I washed it I would see how wrong I was. At this point I just wanted to get out of the salon and since she stated if there was a problem let her know that she was in my area often and would take care of it if needed. I waited the three day period you have to wait washed my hair styled it and immediately noticed that my observation was correct. Not only was my hair much thinner it was straggly at the ends and you could see where my hair ended and the extensions began. I immediately took pictures and sent them to Tammie's cell phone. I asked her if she would please look at my hair in person since it look nothing like the previous times. I started receiving derogatory and demeaning messages back from her stating I was just ungrateful and maybe I should go elsewhere. At that time she refused to follow through with the guarantee she provides not only with her hair but the installation of. And dismissed me as her client. I explain to Miss Bradford that she was acting in an unprofessional manner, I was just asking for her to look at it in person. She refused and stopped answering my texts. Horrible how she treated a loyal long time client.
