I had a very bad eperience on my second visit which was today.I had to gel polish taken offf my nails , which I had done done there on my first visit.
..the lady who did previously them said she'd take them off for free, then she saidor for $5
So I told the reception personTODAY what i wanted..I waited..THEY WERE BUSY 2 -OR 3 AHEAD OF ME-- and after 15 minutes .. a manicurist came to me and I asked her how much ..she siad $ 10 even with a manicure.."since you didngt get your nails done here "..she didn't ASK me she just assumed..then she said, while pointing in direction of 2 pedi /manicurists "THEY'LL get back to you"
I waited about 15 more minutes the other 2 customers who had been ahead of me, were now getting pedicures ..I was the ony one waiting ..then another worker came to me...Asked me again what service i wanted..I told her i wanted gels off and manicure ..how much? ..so she said $10 to get gels off ,and $15-- manicure...I said just take the gels off then. .thinking she was ready and going to attend to me I walked to desk ..then she says ..can you wait 20 minutes..what kind of customer care is this.????.
I said forget it ..is this how you treat customers!?
I got nowhere when I went to reception desk ..he just said keep your voice down and there's the door..
So i was livid ..went to my car to try to expain on the phone and at least get acknowledgement,albeit I was still upset......he hung up on me!!
Then I called back, and he came out to talk to me...there was a woman with him, the owner ??
He said I had to wait my turn I would get service..clearly I thought it was my turn .,..I said don't put this on me ..at no point was there any apology..or indication they wanted my bussiness..I feel I was treated dismissivly .... wait your turn ..
I won't go back there ..I DID mind paying to get gels off IF I was gettign a manicure..but I WOULD HAVE PAID to get getls off regardless. Clearly, they didn't value me whatsoever.maybe because I wanted an inexpensive appointment and was only going to pay $10..
