  • Good pricing as they try to break into the North America market. The car I reserved was not available so they gave me an upgrade. The poor girl at the counter was frazzled and threatening to quit to another employee -- but she took care of me. Returning the car was a bit of a pain because the attendant who checked you in could not provide a receipt. I had to walk to another counter where it was quickly taken care of. As long as they have REALLY good pricing and nice cars I'll keep coming back. If the prices go up I may not.
