  • Terrible service unless you're buying a new car. After that, they won't even acknowledge you so don't expect any phone calls being returned or any (written) promises being kept. I bought an used car two months ago and I'm still waiting for a compartment to be fixed. I got promises from the seller and from the service department. Paperwork came back to me because some information was missing, I spoke with two people who promise me to call me back and I'm still waiting. If you ask to speak to a manager, you will, but he will transfer you around. Save your troubles, there are plenty of other Toyota dealers in the area.
