This is our local theater and we go there frequently. Until now, no issues. But for some reason last weekend, on a night with wind, rain and cold temperatures, they moved the ticket office outside. And there wasn't enough cover for everyone on line so people are standing out in the wind and rain freezing their butts off.
The manager on duty had no answers for why this was being done, he said his GM told him to. So I emailed through Cinemark's website to complain about the outdoor ticket office. No response. None. Let's ignore the customer. If that's the way they plan to treat us, adios. A stupid decision is one thing, ignoring the customer is another. Hey Aurora Cinemark, wake up.
