  • Update: One of the things missing in the house were ceiling fans--the listing mentioned ceiling fans 3 times, but there was only one ceiling fan in a 4400SF house--very expensive in a Phoenix summer. After inquiring many times about the ceiling fans which were prominently featured, I was told that was also one of the things they were going to do nothing about. After they took my $1000, they amended the listing, taking out all but the one reference to the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. So unethical, I still can't believe how I was swindled by this horrible company. Learn from my mistake.
