I thought this community was great compared to the last apartment until recently. I put a service request in about 3 and a half weeks ago and it still has not been addressed. I found this odd because since the new management has taken over service requests are handled in a timely manner. I finally went to the office today and was shocked to find the manager from our last complex is the new MANAGER here. She is horrible. She is the reason we moved out of our last complex. Come to find out the service request I sent in was around the same time Opal took over at this complex. She told me I was the worst resident she ever had because we wanted our moldy HVAC unit cleaned and the sewage backup that was causing an awful smell in our unit fixed. I finally had to contact the corporate office to get the issues resolved. I am disappointed that Greystar did not make strides to place this employee in an area that did not involve customer communication. We moved out because of her and now somehow she has followed us.
