  • Worst customer service and quality of products ever!!!! I bought my first MK bag ($500!!) in the colour turquoise last year and had it for a few weeks until the stitches came out from the handle. I brought it back and it took them up to 2 months to repair it. Shortly after I got it back it started again and I told them that I want a new bag because I'm not waiting another 2 months. I picked the same style in black. I was wearing the handbag right away with my new beige winter coat. Well after walking 5 minutes I noticed that my winter coat was totally stained. I went back the store and told them that I want my money back. The girls were like oh my god this has never happened before (yah right). And they were like oh we will do everything we can so you are leaving the store happy. Oh yes so I got my money back but that was pretty much it. I have since avoided any MK store and products. I also had 2 pair of shoes which fell apart 1 month later. Please don't buy and support such a horrible quality brand. This guy is making way too much money because of their great marketing but the quality lacks!! To be honest I really liked MK at the beginning and my husband told me not to buy the handbag because he noticed the cheap quality right away and that the products are not worth the money. Unfortunately I did not listen to him and bought it anyway which I regret!!!
