This is an update of my review from 3 years ago as the salon is now under new ownership; many of the original employees are still there. I was there a few weeks ago for a pedicure and french manicure. First, let's talk about the salon decor: the shop has gotten cluttered and junky since the new ownership. The tons of plants in the FRONT window certainly don't add to the look of cleanliness or professionalism. Neither do the ceiling light panels with a very fake picture of clouds. The sheer curtains separating the pedicure stations do nothing to add privacy and just add to the overall dingy and cluttered nature of the salon. Now for the rest: There is no wifi, which I think is a big miss for a place where there are many pedicure customers sitting around for 30+ minutes; the previous owners provided free wifi. The pedicure I got was average at best; but as other reviewers have noted, it depends on who you get. If I go back, I'll be sure to get someone different. The water was very cold and even after asking her to add hot water, she added a bit then turned it off, never even checking to see if it was warm enough - it wasn't -- so I had to tell her AGAIN that the water was cold. She rushed through the pedicure not properly giving attention to the dry or calloused skin - (when I got home that night I was so surprised to feel that the callouses were barely touched, so I finished her job!). Thankfully she was much better with the French manicure showing a steady hand, which is not easy and the reason I bumped the rating up to 3 stars. I will likely go there again as it's convenient, reasonably priced and all the girls are friendly, but will get someone else for a pedicure and will be looking for a more reliable place in the future.
