Called to make a reservation about five times during the day- there was no answer or no answering machine. Drove 20 minutes to go for dinner at sushi hour - only to find the restaurant closed. Very annoying for a loyal customer. No way to contact management via email or to leave a message on the phone. As a result I ended up going to spoon or fork - it was awesome and I probably won't be going back to sushi hour because of this.
