  • I am one who typically doesn't like to leave bad reviews but this entire office including the doctor deserves a zero!!! I took my daughter over two years ago to get her tonsils checked as she was always getting strep throat. The front desk people were rude, unfriendly and the waiting room was nasty and full of pissed off people. I should have turned around And walked out right then and there. After waiting over 2.5 hours we finally got called back. All within a 5 minute span Dr Boyers read her vitals the nurse took, looked in her ears, nose and throat and said they looked great, gave us a sinus spray and sent us on our way. I remember being pissed and thinking that was the biggest waste of time and having to pay a "specialist"copay for nothing and that he had no concerns of her getting strep every 4 weeks. So here it is TWO years later we get a bill from the doctor Boyers office for an endoscopic procedure. (Which is spraying numbing solution in the nostrils and checking with a camera scope) or office surgery. I was like WTF. My daughters father went to their office and got the paper work which said we came in for nasal blockage, congestion and snoring.... nothing about tonsils!! And there was a paper signed by me saying they did the procedure which they clearly did not do!! It may have been in there with all pre_sign forms as he clearly said her tonsils looked fine, not doing anything. We fought them on this and the rude office ladies gave the run around for over three weeks. Come to find out they had sent the original bill and late notices to some address in Laughlin. WTF someone clearly has gotten files mixed up. There as no apology or anything. Needless to say after all the calls to insurance, the doctors and blah blah blah we are stuck paying this fraudulent surgery bill for over 300.00. It's complete bullshit!! Steer clear and far from this horrible doctor!!!
