  • FINALLY! A salon that DELIVERS a quality experience! I have been going to the same salon for YEARS and after too many bad hair cuts I needed a change. A co-worker recommended Civello to me and I am SO happy I took her advice. I called on Tuesday to make a Saturday (same-week) appointment and was booked for a cut at 11:30 with a senior stylist- Claudine. I arrived early for my appointment and reception took me to hang up my coat and to put a gown on and brought me over to a seating area. Within minutes, Claudine was over to take me upstairs to the station. She listened to what I wanted for my hair, gave me a wonderful shoulder massage and took me over for a wash. Within an HOUR I had a new hair cut and was completely dry. The cut was more than what I wanted. Already booked another appointment there. They are on-time and wonderful.
