| - My husband & I have been going there to play 4-5 x a year since they opened. Per our play activity we've been receiving monthly offers for comp buffets and in addition, I receive 2-night comp stays every month as well. For the first time ever, my husband did not receive the buffet ... he called and spoke to the casino host ... Mazure (spelling?).
He spoke with a very unfriendly, loud, rude, forceful and condescending tone. We felt as though we were bothering him ... and all my husband did was ask "why" because we did not understand the criteria not met. I called as well and he conducted himself the same with me ... I was upset and told him as a casino host I felt he should be communicating with an understanding tone w/ a positive attitude towards customer / player service.
I also told him I would canceling our stay this month ... he simply ended with the reply, "that's fine."
I was referred to speak with Mark Dunzelmann, Director of Player Services and left a voice message including my cell phone#. This was last week, no response received. We realize we are just 2 people of there "hundreds" of players but I am telling my family & friends NOT TO PATRONIZE The M Resort, they don't care about people or the services. I believe in customer satisfaction and a business rule that takes only one person to spread the word to 32, them to 64 and so forth!
Anyone who goes to the M Resort does that intentionally ... no foot traffic like on the Strip! There are many other hotels & casinos who care about our business ... we'll enjoy going there ...
if the M Resort is acceptable of Mazure's (casino host) behavior, good luck to you!
