I wonder if LabCorps corporate office even reads the reviews on the customer service at their laboratories around the valley. Every single one of them has terrible reviews but yet nothing ever seems to change.
Went to this location today. Checked in at 9:45 and sat until 10:15 without anyone ever coming up to the front desk. The front desk remained empty for a half an hour while people continue to come in, sign in and wait.
Finally, someone emerged from the back and a man walked up to the desk wanting to know how much longer it would be as he had an appointment 45 minutes earlier. The woman explains that they are having computer problems. Why is it that they did not come out and let the entire room full of people waiting in the lobby know that they were having computer problems and likely would not be able to see them?
When I asked her the status of the computer problems and if it was something that was going to be fixed soon, I was met with irritation and attitude. She said they hoped it would be fixed but it wasn't likely. I asked why that information was not being relayed to the multitudes of people Who are patiently waiting in the lobby. All I got in return was a nasty look and and an eye roll.
The sad part is that there isn't a single Lab Corps in the valley that you can go to where you're not met with rudeness and attitude. More often than not I pre-schedule an appointment but it doesn't matter. Even with an appointment you can expect to wait and wait and wait with absolutely no care or concern from the staff.
