I don't mess around when it comes to breakfast and I had heard good things about this place and it about lived up to expectations. It was busy on a Sunday morning but they were able to seat our group of 6 right away. I ordered the benedict florentine but they were actually out of english muffins so they offered to substitute it for a flat bagel which is great because bagels are their specialty and I agreed. In retrospect, that might not have been the best idea because it's pretty difficult to eat a poached egg off of a very large, flat bagel. Challah might have been a better choice because it was a bit messy but it was still very good, a bit better than your standard breakfast fare. The prices were decent and the service was okay; I would definitely go back for a quick breakfast but it's nothing super special. 3.5/5.
