  • It took awhile for us to decide that we were going to get a new car. However, thankfully to Bob Ross the car buying process was the smoothest that I have had yet. I have a family friend who has bought their cars from there and love it! So I figured I would give it a shot. I went online and inquired via email and within minutes I had an email already in my inbox from them. I scheduled a tour and went and test drove the car, then applied online (So fast & easy) and within a day I found out we were approved. Went and signed a few papers, and I loved that Bob went over all the paperwork with us. At previous dealerships they always just hand over papers and never tell you what you are signing for. Then within minutes the car was ours. So fast and simple I would of not wished it to be any other way!
