This place has definitely upgraded in the past years. The last time (Adele!) I was here it was pretty crusty but seems like they did a lot improvements.
The sound was good. The security is lame and the things you can and cannot have is silly. You can't bring in carabiners (my finance had a few for his medical devices- so he can hook them to his pants and they told him to leave it in the car) because they can be used as a weapon but I'm pretty sure keys can do far more damage to someone. ALSO they told him to spit out his gum and throw away the rest of his pack. SUPER LAME! I had some too and nobody said anything to me.
Whatever -their rules.
People were smoking vapes inside which is whatever but I'm sure someone was actually smoking a cigarette and some doobies -a normal concert going experience.
I need to stop going to concerts were there are kids young enough to be my own children attending by themselves and also be mistaken for a supervisor of the place by one of said kids. Gawd. :'(
Parking was $7 but we were able to park in the lot and pretty close to the front door and not a cluster in the parking lot leaving maybe because everyone was waiting for their mom and dad to pick them up. Cripes.
It was a huge crowd actually walking out of the venue-why don't they open the side doors?
Also - the kids rushing the stage and throwing water bottles in the air you're grounded!!!
