  • NO SHOW. REFUSED TO ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS, OR CALL BACK. LIED TO WARRANTY COMPANY. DO NOT ACCEPT THIS COMPANY IF ASSIGNED BY YOUR WARRANTY COMPANY. ...And certainly don't hire them on your own. Well, add one more review to the pile of one-star reviews for AM/PM Plumbing. They were assigned to me by my warranty company. They said they were going to send a team of guys to clean out my washing machine pipes. One dude came, said he needed more dudes, and left. He said he'd return. He did not return, though I spent the day at home waiting. I called in the afternoon and they said they were talking to my warranty company about installing a clean-out. I made another appointment for them to return to do the work after my family vacation. On the day they were to return, they failed to show up in the 8-10 am window. I began calling at 10 am, and continued calling and leaving messages until 5 pm with increasing frustration. No technicians showed up. I resumed my calls the next day. I could hear that their main line is a cell phone, as it beeps when they are on a call while I'm trying to reach them. Again, no calls were answered, and they did not return my calls. My warranty company called them, they answered right away and said that the tool they needed to clean my pipes was broken. They'd never spoken to them about a clean-out installation. I've started the process to remove them from the list of plumbers that my warranty company will assign.
