Just went here for the first time tonight and was NOT disappointed. We live right by the restaurant and have always wondered about it; I highly recommend going here if you've ever wondered about stopping by.
My boyfriend and I started with truffled edamame (yum!), tuna tartare, and bacon wrapped dates. (We ordered off of the happy hour appetizer menu. Everything was so delicious. The edamame was so good, definitely split it because it's a big portion. The tuna tartare was small which makes it great if you are very hungry and intend to order off the main menu as well (which I did). It was really great the mix of textures in the tartare and they could potentially be bite sized depending on the eater. And the bacon wrapped dates, please get them. They are so good and you will love them!
For our entrees, my boyfriend got the short rib. I nabbed a little bite of it and it was tender, juicy, and flavorful. I got the duck with the blueberry sauce and sweet potato. If you love duck, you will love this. It was cooked to perfection and was a great portion; it wasn't enough to make you feel uncomfortably stuffed if you finished the plate.
We sat at the bar and had a great bartender, Caleb. If you sit at the bar to eat, he's your man. Definitely will be back again soon!
