We were celebrating our anniversary by exploring new places Uptown. I really wanted to sit outside on this beautiful evening, but who knew it was going to be a challenge to find such a place. (I guess I had NY/Charleston/Baltimore on my mind). Luckily this place was recommended by a gentleman we met earlier at Bernardin's, and there were plenty of open tables outside on the patio. Lovely place and service, but the food was a bit too "experimental" for my taste. I chose a scallop dish, but wow, it was so salty I couldn't eat it. Our waitress was very kind in trying to help, and the manager also came out to talk to us. They offered to make a simple scallop dish, and also recommended a couple of very tasty concoctions. It was good, but I don't think I'll try it again.
