| - A wonderful source of fresh exotic produce, seafood, and other selections from the East. Their selection changes constantly, so you'll always find something new to tantalize your tastebuds at a price that beats out big-name grocery stores, should they happen to carry it. For example, bok choy is usually only $0.99/lb compared to over $3/lb at Harris Teeter.
From the restaurant part of the store, you can order a variety of desserts, steamed buns, and a variety of tasty dishes, which are cooked on the spot. You can even request a custom dish using ingredients of your choice.
My only eh feeling is that when you order a "box meal," the amount of food you get varies wildly depending on which lady scoops your food. One lady in particular gives about one third of what the most generous lady does. Their selection of box meal items also changes frequently, which may or may not be a good thing depending on your preferences. If you visit on Sundays, they offer a free soup with your box meal.
Overall, incredible selection, great prices, and friendly atmosphere. It may take a few visits to get used to, but it's worth the trip every time.
