  • I purchased a sofa/loveseat set and the price was great the the quality was really bad. I made the purchase in May and I have had 4 replacements since. I am now getting returning the set due to issues ranging from the frame breaking to the fabric tearing apart. The customer service agent I spoke to, her name is Gabby was very rude and condescending. The customer service in general is very poor. If you want something that is going to last I would advise not going to RC Willey
