Toward the end of every week, I usually go to EVP for a 16 oz mocha with almond milk. They make the mochas with powdered Ghirardelli chocolate, and they are fantastic every time. They put the powder in the cup, then add the espresso and stir until the chocolate dissolves. Then they add the steamed milk, carefully pouring it in while tipping the cup (just like you'd pour beer into a cup to prevent froth), then they swirl the milk on the top somehow to create a cool leaf shape. The swirl of the milk on top adds a touch of beauty which elevates the deliciousness of the mocha.
Their mochas make my day.
4 stars instead of 5 because their regular coffee is bitter.
