  • For the most part, I love this place. The bakery is great and coffees are great. I love having it so close to home. But I found, like a lot of shops selling natural or organic cosmetics (think Lush) the clerks are often more condescending than helpful. The products speak for themselves, so really, I don't need to hear about the company that makes them. I do care about ethically sourced products, to a point. But I pay for how well products work. SO, please be mindful how you speak to customers. It makes it the experience annoying enough to think twice about purchasing from here again.
