  • We needed our underground irrigation lines in the front yard of our vacation home replaced because water was shooting out into the street. I called Affordable and they agreed to have someone come out and give us a bid. No one came. I called again and they apologized and said they would send someone right out. Later that day, I received a call and was given a reasonable price for the work. I explained that we were leaving and would not be back for six weeks. They said they would get the work done the next day. Six weeks later, we drive up to the house and see water shooting out into the street. There is no evidence any work was done. I called Affordable the next day and am told they don't know why the work wasn't done. I explain again that we are only in Las Vegas a short time and need to get it repaired before we leave. An appointment is made, but then canceled because they're "double booked at that time." The only time he can fit us in is Thursday afternoon, 6 hours after our flight leaves. I thanked him and said we would try to find someone else. We are not happy.
